Kordis uses a small set of trusted services for hosting, sign-in, calls and texts, AI processing, email, billing, and monitoring. Each one handles customer data only as needed to provide Kordis, under a data-processing agreement. We'll give notice of material changes to this list at least 30 days in advance, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Microsoft Azure
What it does: Cloud hosting, compute, and storage
Data it handles: Application and database data
Where it runs: United States
Azure OpenAI Service (Microsoft)
What it does: AI processing for product features: drafting, screening, summaries, and staging work for approval
Data it handles: The records each feature needs (worker, shift, and message context). Prompts and outputs are not used to train models.
